Is it safe to fly immediately after a scar revision surgery?

Is it safe to fly immediately after a scar revision surgery? My old scar from TT needs to be fixed - lots of scar tissue that need to be removed. I remember not being able to fly a while after my initial surgery. This procedure though is supposed to be not as invasive if I’m correct. Will I be able to fly a day after the surgery? I’m trying to find a new surgeon and I’m wondering if I could do it out if state unlike the last one that was near where I live (and left me unhappy) Please advise

A TT scar revision will result in a relatively long scar. It would be wiser and safer to have the procedure performed with a surgeon in your area. You can check with this society and find a competent surgeon in your area to perform the revision surgery.
