The practice has founded in 1996 by the senior partners Christopher Patronella, MD, Henry Mentz III, MD, and German Newall, MD.  The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery (ACPS) is one of the largest private aesthetic surgery practices in Texas and has a 100% aesthetic surgery practice. We have an annual gross revenue of 50M and perform over 2,500 cases in face, body and breast aesthetic surgery a year. This fellowship is designed to improve the fellow’s exposure and training in aesthetic face, body, and breast surgery. The fellow will be exposed to all aspects of a successful private practice, including a private surgicenter, administration, billing and coding, two full medspas offering nonsurgical rejuvenation therapies, massage, and skin care. Fellows will have the opportunity to operate independently. Clinical research is required. The practice will provide travel expenses for accepted presentations to two plastic surgery meetings per tenure. The fellow is required to submit abstract(s) for presentation to The Aesthetic Meeting. A competitive salary, medical malpractice and health insurance are provided.

Applicants to the Fellowship Program must have completed a residency in a plastic surgery program accredited by the ACGME and be board eligible or be board-certified in plastic surgery by the fellowship start date. The applicant must have a Texas license to practice medicine.
