Breast reduction

You are describing a unilateral reduction, presumably done for improving symmetry and for eliminating the excessive pull on your larger side. Now that you've lost weight, you will need to see a surgeon for an evaluation for what options you have for improving your look. Actually, major weight loss (MWL) often results in excess loose skin and tissues in various parts of the body. Breast lift or mastopexy is frequently needed after MWL, possibly with the addition of breast implants. Your situation sounds different, since you had prior one-sided reduction surgery.
