Hello and thank you for your question. I hope you and your family are well during the virus outbreak. You are not over-analyzing your situation. You are petite with large breasts in proportion to your frame. The weight of heavy breasts is only supported by your skin, which is no support at all. So the heavy weight of your breasts is pulling on your frame, especially around the shoulders. This leads to symptoms of pain in the upper back, neck, shoulders and midback. After breast reduction surgery, not only will your breasts have a pretty shape that is in proportion to your frame, but the pain will be greatly reduced. In most cases, the pain completely resolves! Virtual consultations are now available and are a great way to "see" your doctor without leaving your home. I am available and other plastic surgeons offer this convenience as well.
