Tummy tuck with morgangi hernia.

Hello ! I have a morgangi hernia which my doctor believes I was born with has never caused any issues growing up, It was found accidentally. Would it be dangerous to have a TT with muscle repair because of my morgangi hernia ? I have one loop of bowel in my chest cavity. The opening of my diaphragm hole is large so there’s not risk of immediate strangulation. However, would the tummy tuck itself cause me harm ? Thank you.
