Is there a simple procedure that can be done to enlarge leg calves?

I have had skinny legs all my life I would so like to be able to wear short dresses or shorts before I leave here. I am a 62 year old female. People can get various body parts increased or decreased, why not legs. Hope you can help me.

Indeed, there is a commonly performed option available to you. Calf implants can be placed through a small incision behind the knee and offer a very nice improvement in the contour of the lower legs. This is commonly performed as an outpatient. It is not particularly painful and recovery is relatively easy.
