Can I have nose, face and breast surgery all at once?
I need a revision nose surgery, I also need either a face lift or chemical peel and I have breast implants that are over twenty years old; they need to be replaced and I need a lift. Can this all be done at the same time???
Depending on the length of surgery, it may be done at once. However, combined procedures longer than 5-6 hours may be better split into shorter surgeries. If the revision nose surgery is an hour, combined with a 30 min chemical peel and 1 hr implant exchange + small lift around the nipple, then that may be reasonable.
However, a complex 3 hr nose revision with a 3 hour face lift and 3 hour implant exchange and lift would be longer then most surgeons would consider safe.
Si. Si es posible. Sera un poco incomodo para ti pero nosotros en Cancun Quintana Roo Mexico si te lo podemos hacer , siempre y cuando tu estado de salud nos lo permita.
It all depends on the degree and complexity of the procedures involved. I perform the combination you have described often, as well as many other combined procedures but try to limit total anesthesia time to less than five hours or so. A straightforward facelift, rhinoplasty and augmentation mastopexy can easily be performed in this time but if one or more of the procedures is more complex it may no longer be a good idea. Your board certified ASAPS member surgeon should be able to help you decide if it will be safe.
