Here are the results from the surgery on my 44-year-old patient who came to us with bilateral breast micromastia and trunk lipodystrophy. We placed 335cc Sientra silicone moderate profile implants to enhance her breast volume and performed anterior trunk liposuction along with a reverse abdominoplasty using limited IMF incisions. The procedure went smoothly, with only minimal blood loss and no complications. The patient is very pleased with her results, enjoying the fuller breasts and a better trunk contour, all while avoiding a full abdominoplasty.
