Augmentation Mastopexy with Inverted Nipple Repair

This 43-year-old female patient underwent a breast lift, placement of 450cc SSF implants bilaterally, right inverted nipple repair, and lateral chest liposuction. The procedure involved the removal of 101 grams of tissue from the right breast and 141 grams from the left, with the goal of enhancing upper breast fullness and achieving a slightly larger size. In addition, liposuction was performed along the lateral chest to refine the contour. The result is a lifted, fuller breast shape with improved symmetry, normal nipple projection, and a smoother, more sculpted chest appearance.
