This woman in her early sixties found an invasive ductal carcinoma on a recent mammogram. She chose to proceed with reduction and reconstruction of her right breast after lumpectomy and has healed very nicely. The photos show her before and 7 months after breast reduction. She also got radiation therapy to the right breast that caused some decrease in size.
