Case #118931

Bilateral Breast Reduction

This 42-year-old female presented with bilateral macromastia, experiencing discomfort from uncomfortably large breasts, neck and back pain, skin changes, and shoulder grooving. She desired a breast reduction to achieve a smaller, more manageable size. The procedure involved the removal of 274 grams of tissue from the right breast and 276 grams from the left breast. We discussed various incision patterns and pedicle options in detail. The patient is recovering well, with a significant improvement in both function and appearance.
