I had a lower lid blepharoplasty to smooth out fat pads under my eyes. I don't know what happened but my eyes are very small and the lower lids are pulled up high and I do not look at all like I used to, I used to have large almond eyes. Is this repairable?

Lower lid blepharoplasty can be very challenging. If its early on some of these changes (pulled up high, eyes look like different shape than before) can be a result of tightening during the procedure and usually get better with time however is these changes persist after 6 months you may need a revision. I would suggest having a discussion with your plastic surgeon who performed the operation to evaluate your concerns.

Hi and thank you for your message. Considering your young age and your complaints you sound like a very good candidate for a breast reduction. I usually recommend my patients to lose some weight prior to the breast reduction as this one hands their overall recovery and result; but this should not get in the way of your breast reduction if you are having many symptoms .
