About Craig W. Colville, MD, FACS

Dr. Colville makes it his priority to provide his patients results at the highest standard of health and beauty in a professional and confidential environment. Dr. Colville welcomes the chance to work with you to achieve your desired outcomes. Dr. Craig Colville is a founding owner of Bella Via, Northwest Ohio’s first medically-based day spa. Bella Via, physician owned and directed, offers advanced non-surgical care of the skin, face and body, pre- and post-surgical therapies as well as medical grade skincare products.
Education & Training
Craig Colville attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and graduated with honors. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in general surgery at Indiana University Medical Center. He completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery, also at Indiana University Medical Center. Dr. Colville has completed extensive training in laser surgery, cosmetic surgery and cosmetic endoscopic surgery.

When scheduling a Cosmetic Consultation, we require a $75.00 non-refundable down payment by Credit Card in order to reserve your appointment time. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do this 24 hours in advance, or no show to your appointment, will forfeit your down payment.
