Dr. Murariu performs cosmetic surgery procedures and reconstructive surgery, with an interest in lymphedema surgery, reconstruction using DaVinci robot, complex abdominal wall reconstruction, and microsurgery focusing on breast, head, and neck reconstruction. He is double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and American Board of Surgery. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
