Kirby Plastic Surgery charges a $100 consultation credit for aesthetic surgical consultations and $50 for non-surgical appointments. Payment is due at the time the appointment is made. Surgical consultation credits are applied toward surgical fees.

Non-surgical patients may hold appointments with an active card on file. Changes to any type of appointment less than 24 hours in advance or missing your appointment will result in retention of the consultation credit as an administrative fee.

Payment for non-surgical treatments is due in full at the time of service. Payment for products is due at the time of receipt. In order to receive package pricing, full payment is due when the package is purchased. Fees quoted for non-surgical procedures and products are valid for 30 days from the date of estimate.

For non-surgical appointments anticipated to require 2 or more hours, $500 will be collected at the time the appointment is made to reserve extended time with your provider. Changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or missing your appointment will result in the retention of $100 as a non-refundable administrative fee. For pre-paid packages, the administrative fee will be deducted from the current credit.
