Dr. Henry Mentz is an internationally respected plastic surgeon who holds the distinctive honor of being the nation’s first triple board-certified plastic surgeon. He obtained triple board certification in Plastic Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Head and Neck Surgery (Otolaryngology).
"As a plastic surgeon, aesthetic balance is extremely important to bring to every procedure I perform. Although medical school defined safety for me, you are not trained in aesthetic balance there. This is something that is learned through experience. When approaching a procedure, I never focus solely on the area I’m working on. I take into consideration the entire surrounding area in order to create an overall harmonious appearance. Because of this, the patient won’t look “worked on”; rather, he or she will look improved and balanced."

Dr. Henry Mentz performs his surgeries at the Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery’s (ACPS) own SurgiCentre. It’s certified by the American Association for Accreditation of Surgical Facilities (AAAASF) and licensed by the Texas Department of Health. ACPS’s accredited private surgical center follows the most rigorous requirements for staff credentials, equipment, and operating room safety. For patient safety, all of the anesthesiologists used by the SurgiCentre are board-certified. The surgery facility includes five well-equipped surgical suites and seven comfortable post-operative overnight suites.
