Education & Training
Dr. Spence's quest to combine the artistry of plastic surgery with the aesthetic needs of each patient began while pursuing his medical career at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. At the invitation of The Saint Raphael's Hospital, Yale University, Dr. Spence completed a 5-year program in general surgery and from there journeyed to his plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Texas at Galveston.

When you walk into our foyer, you'll be attracted by the glass atrium's natural light playing upon a cascading waterfall. We chose this beautiful display to symbolize the way our medical director, Dr. Spence, evaluates how light reflects off your skin and facial anatomy as part of his detailed, customized treatment plan.
Our state-of-the-art, 5,000-square-foot building is equipped with a fully accredited surgical suite. This facility provides patients with comfort, privacy and safety during their facial plastic surgery procedures. Within this same building, you can receive non-surgical treatments ranging from BOTOX® Cosmetic to light and laser therapy. It's all part of our mission to provide you with the utmost comfort, care and quality for a lifetime of beauty.
