Dr. Markus Klöppel, a board certified specialist for plastic and aesthetic surgery, has been practicing very successfully as a specialist in plastic surgery at the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Dr.med. habil E. Biemer at the Klinikum Rechts der Isar at the Technical University of Munich. There he was a fellowship student of the German Research Foundation (DFG) and received numerous academic awards and honors. This was followed by study visits at the Harvard Medical School (Boston, Massachusetts), the Groote Schuur Hospital (University of Cape Town, South Africa) and many other international institutions.

Still today Dr. Klöppel is collaborating closely with university research departments for ensuring continously the highest level regarding medical, scientific and surgical techniques. He gives lectures at numerous national and international congresses about topics of aesthetic surgery and leads workshops with operative measures for interested colleagues.

For many years he has dedicated himself exclusively and very successfully to plastic and aesthetic surgery. Since 2003, Dr. Klöppel pursues with great success as an independent plastic surgeon only the aesthetic surgery. Since 2005, he practices in his own practice clinic in Munich and treats there, as well as in the iatros-clinic Munich, patients from all over the world.
