Certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Robert E. Rothfield is a highly experienced plastic surgeon who has been in private practice since 1994. Currently serving as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Memorial West Hospital in Pembroke Pines, FL, Dr. Rothfield received his undergraduate degree from Haverford College in Haverford, PA, and his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He then went on to complete eight years of intensive plastic surgery training, including a prestigious hand surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Dr. Rothfield is an active member of Broward County Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons, in addition to several other esteemed medical associations.
