This 48 year old female presented with a ruptured left saline implant. Dr. Kavali deflated the other implant in the office, so she could see her actual breast volume and shape, then decide whether she wanted fat transfer or new implants placed. She chose fat transfer. She is shown on the day of her consultation with the ruptured left saline implant, then 1 year after removal of her implants and fat transfer from her abdomen and waist (550 cc to the right breast and 650 cc to the left breast).
