Breast Implant Removal and Breast Lift

This 53 year old female wanted to have her aging breast implants removed and her breasts lifted. She wasn’t sure if she would be happy with no implants at all, so Dr. Kavali first deflated her saline implants in the office. She decided to just have a breast lift after seeing how her breasts settled after the implant deflation. Surgery was done by Dr. Kavali. Photos are before her implant deflation, after her implant deflation, then about 1 year after her implant removal and mastopexy.
