I am 37...I have eight children, so yes I am done with that...I am 220 pounds 5 ft 4 in tall and I am larger than a 44DDD. What are the requirements for a breast reduction?

Each insurance company is different but most require that you are under 180 pounds, larger than a DD, and have tried physical therapy for upper back and shoulder discomfort and have not had relief from the back pain.

Depending on your insurance companies rules, the procedure is commonly covered by insurance. If not, it depends on the fees in your local area. I would suggest you do your research and not go with lowest price, but check out a couple of surgeons who are members of the Aesthetic Society and commonly perform the procedure.

I had a lower lid blepharoplasty to smooth out fat pads under my eyes. I don't know what happened but my eyes are very small and the lower lids are pulled up high and I do not look at all like I used to, I used to have large almond eyes. Is this repairable?

Difficult to tell without an examination. I would recommend you go for another consultation to investigate further.

I had an injection near my eyes to lift and fill in the hollow area. However, it gave me brown bags under my eyes. My Dr. has lasered it twice. It has been 6 weeks and I still have swelled bags under each eye. Suggestions please.

Depends on what was injected. It may be Tindal effect with the hyaluronic injection to close to the skin. Giving an injection of hyaluronidase to dissolve the injection may help. This is not definately as you need an examination to be sure
