I would recommend having the morgangi hernia repaired before undergoing any surgery. Even if there is a low risk of strangulation you do not want to take any chances.

Usually this indicate you may be experiencing some constipation. Over the counter remedies include Dulcolax suppositories for one. Refrain from using opiates. Switch to NSAIDS for pain like Ibuprofen.

Congratulations on your weight loss. Usually when an individual loses a large amount of weight they are left with an abdominal pannus (overhanging skin). The only way to manage this excess is by surgical removal. In many cases the muscle does not need to be addressed. I recommend a consultation with a Plastic Surgeon in your area.

Sorry to hear about your concerns. From your description it appears you have developed some breast asymmetry following your breast implant surgery. I would contact your surgeons office and schedule an appointment to address your concerns. If for some reason you do not receive any satisfaction, I would consider a second opinion.
