Implant Exchange - Above the muscle / Subglandular

Old saline implants above the muscle in a thin, fit woman eventually showed ripples in the cleavage area. She did not want to have implants under the muscle because of her fitness goals, so we used more cohesive silicone gel implants with some capsule work to get her a great new result!
